It’s the fourth, and last, Sunday of Advent! There are five days until Christmas! On the fourth Sunday of Advent we light the candle for love. Love is such a simple word, but has a deep meaning. There have been many ways that God has shown love to us. By sending Jesus to save us, as I’ve mentioned many times, by answering our prayers, and offering us peace and forgiveness. During this time of year we show others our love by giving to others and being joyful. In our verse it says that love is greatest. This is so true! So, this week, I want you to tell all your loved ones you love them.
Prayer
Dear God, Thank you for this day and this time to prepare for the coming of Your son. Thank you for the love in the world, and for Your unending love. Let us learn from You to go out and spread love to the world. Amen.
