“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” - Matthew 5:16
During this season we need to do the Lord’s work. By being positive and doing kind deeds, we can glorify God. We should shine a light upon others to please God and to show others how God works within us. In Advent we need to proclaim the word of God and tell all the world about the love and grace God gives. Sharing kindness and the word are the best ways to shine the light of the Lord!
Prayer
Dear God, Help me be the light for Your kingdom. Let me bring the good news of You to others through kindness and Your word. Amen
