Today’s verse is probably one of the most well known verses in the bible. It is probably one of the most important for Christians. This verse is so special because it reminds us of the best gift we’ve gotten, Jesus’s sacrifice. During Advent we are preparing for the coming of our Savior, Jesus, who has saved us through his sacrifice.

Dear God, Thank you for Your sacrifice. On this day let me be thankful for Your son and sacrifice. Amen.
